Spring Trench Coat
ENG Yesterday was one of the sunniest days in weeks and for a moment it felt like spring is here ! Hopes up - hopes down, cause this morning we woke up to the usual grey sky. On first warm days I just want to draw out my light boots and beige coats and stuff all winter outerwear in the back of my closet. Usually it ends up by crawling back in the depth of my wardrobe and getting back those winter items, so this year I did not rush - and this was right thing to do !
I liked trench coats since they appeared on fashion magazines' first pages years ago. They are feminine but edgy, little retro but still stylish and can be worn with skirts and heels as well as flats and sneakers (but now we can wear almost anything with this new trend, don't we ?).
Lately I've been thinking lot about life - tempo. How fast do you walk, read, eat, talk ? Do you check Insta feed while waiting for tab to load ? Are you pacing fast even if you are not late ? I caught myself rushing through things most of the time, even when not having any outer triggers. For last couple of month I do not have hourly schedule anymore, so why am I not living in Budha-peace ?
So, from now I decided to pay attention to the way I am living and meet spring in calm and peaceful mood. I want to enjoy every minute and feel good about myself wherever I am. Do you have any suggestions for reducing the tempo of life and not feeling like a slow-mo looser ?
